The Role:
Own and scale global performance. As Head of Performance, you will own a £12–13m paid media budget across Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic and Influencer - driving full-funnel performance across multiple brands and global markets. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will build and lead a growing in-house team, drive data-led optimisation, and collaborate across brand, creative, commercial and finance to shape performance strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead global strategy across Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic and Influencer
- Build and manage channel plans, budgets, funnel performance and attribution
- Resolve channel inefficiencies and maximise ROI across regions and customer segments
- Build seasonal forecasting and campaign planning models
- Design reporting infrastructure with the data team – LTV, CAC, ROI, Attribution
- Hire and develop a high-performing team; manage freelancers and agency partners
- Translate performance into commercial insight for group and brand leadership
- Lead weekly performance war rooms with ruthless prioritisation

Essential Experience:
- 8+ years in Performance Marketing or Paid Media leadership
- Proven success managing multi-million-pound budgets across channels and markets
- Deep expertise across Google, Meta, Programmatic and influencer ecosystems
- Skilled in data tools (Excel, SQL, BigQuery, Tableau or similar)
- Experience building and leading teams internally and externally
- Strong communicator and cross-functional collaborator
- A commercial thinker with a strong sense of mission and executional urgency
