Join a mission-led, digital-first business that’s transforming how people discover and experience travel. With a strong international footprint and a reputation for trusted partnerships, we’re entering an exciting phase of growth — and we’re hiring a strategic marketing leader to help scale new and emerging product areas across key markets.
The Opportunity: This is a high-impact role at the heart of growth and innovation. You’ll lead the go-to-market (GTM) strategy and campaign planning for new vertical launches — initially focusing on our UK and German MVP for Packages. Working cross-functionally across marketing, product, data, and commercial teams, you’ll take complex ideas and transform them into actionable, measurable strategies that drive performance and customer adoption. Expect autonomy, variety, and meaningful collaboration — all within a fast-paced, high-performing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Go-To-Market Strategy & Leadership: Define and deliver GTM strategies for new product verticals, including growth and geographic expansion. Create business cases and campaign frameworks to support investment decisions and prioritisation. Lead cross-channel campaign planning — spanning digital, lifecycle, PR, and onsite merchandising. Align stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Commercial, and Legal to execute with clarity and pace.
- Opportunity Identification & Analysis: Build clear hypotheses for new market opportunities using internal and external data sources. Scope and lead analyses (with analytics support) to validate assumptions and uncover insights. Translate data into actionable recommendations that influence commercial and marketing direction.
- Initiative Ownership & Execution: Lead strategic marketing initiatives from business case through to delivery. Create project plans with defined milestones, accountabilities, and success metrics. Proactively navigate blockers and mobilise cross-functional teams for delivery.
- Performance & Reporting: Help build dashboards and reporting tools to monitor vertical performance and marketing effectiveness. Support the cadence of reporting through presentations, performance reviews, and stakeholder updates.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Influence: Develop compelling narratives and communications for leadership and cross-functional teams. Collaborate effectively across departments to unify efforts and unlock growth. Balance multiple priorities to ensure executional excellence across initiatives.
Your Profile: Significant experience in integrated marketing strategy — ideally within consumer tech, digital products, or fast-paced sectors like FMCG. Proven track record leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex GTM strategies. Commercially sharp with the ability to link marketing activity to business outcomes. Strong communicator and collaborator — you bring clarity, energy, and influence. Comfortable working in ambiguity and navigating change with a solutions-focused mindset. A passion for travel and a desire to shape how people discover and book their journeys.
What’s on Offer: A rare opportunity to shape the growth trajectory of a global product at a pivotal time. High-impact, high-autonomy role with a supportive leadership structure. Hybrid working culture (2 days in central London office), with flexibility built in. 6-month fixed-term contract with competitive day rate/salary — open to discussion.
