A leading global media network is seeking a Performance Managing Partner, EMEA to oversee digital activation across 34 European markets for one of the world’s largest facecare and CPG brands. This senior leadership role drives digital excellence, performance innovation and operational consistency at scale. You’ll lead a team of 30 digital specialists plus a 25‑person delivery hub, partnering with global and regional leaders to shape the next phase of digital transformation across social, programmatic, search, display and ecommerce.
The Role
- Lead regional digital activation and performance strategy across paid social, search, programmatic, display and connected commerce
- Manage senior client stakeholders across media, analytics, creative and market clusters
- Drive the regional digital agenda, defining priorities, workstreams and innovation initiatives
- Ensure operational excellence, KPI delivery, optimisation and multi‑market consistency
- Partner with global teams to align on transformation goals and media operations
- Own P&L and SOW for all performance media workstreams
- Lead and develop a high‑performing team, including senior channel leads
- Provide clear POVs, thought leadership and rapid responses to client queries
What You’ll Bring
- Strong experience in digital media with deep performance expertise
- Strong multi‑market experience and understanding of media operations
- Leadership experience across large digital teams and complex stakeholder groups
- In‑platform experience and the ability to communicate with both technical and strategic audiences
- Strong data literacy and understanding of KPI frameworks, optimisation and measurement
- Knowledge of audience strategy, tracking, attribution and bid management tools
- Excellent communication, organisation and people‑leadership skills
- Proven experience driving digital transformation or operational excellence
