I am recruiting for a 6-month FTC Performance Director role with a global network agency, leading Programmatic and Paid Social activity across a major skincare and healthcare client. This position requires on-site presence in London three days per week.
About the Role
The agency is looking for a Performance Director to oversee the EU Social and Programmatic team and deliver best‑in‑class digital activation. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the EU Social and Programmatic team across a flagship client
- Owning campaign delivery from planning through to reporting
- Driving excellence across paid social and programmatic activation
- Ensuring delivery against client business objectives
- Providing hands‑on technical guidance across key biddable platforms
- Coaching and developing a team of specialists
