A leading audience‑intelligence and digital activation company is looking for a Data Operations Specialist to support tracking accuracy, data integrity and smooth operational workflows across programmatic and social campaigns. This role sits within a high‑performing activation & operations team and plays a key part in ensuring flawless tracking, reporting workflows and technical delivery for major advertisers.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own pixel implementation, QA and troubleshooting across platforms (Meta, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.)
  • Support activation teams by picking up technical tickets and resolving tracking or workflow issues
  • Maintain reporting workflows, documentation and internal data accuracy
  • Oversee time‑tracking systems to ensure clean, reliable operational data
  • Work hands‑on with tracking tools, GA/GTM, and advanced spreadsheets to validate and resolve data issues

What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years in digital analytics, ad operations, or technical media ops
  • Strong experience with GTM, pixel tracking and troubleshooting
  • Confidence working across Meta, Google Ads and other major platforms
  • High proficiency in Google Sheets (complex formulas, pivots, data manipulation)
  • A proactive, detail‑driven mindset with strong communication skills

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Looker Studio/Tableau, API familiarity, workflow automation (e.g., Slack workflows), and technical documentation.
