One of the World’s leading network media agencies are currently looking for a senior digital leader to join their talented team and oversee a regional performance media hub for one of Europe’s largest consumer brands. As the Performance Managing Partner / Performance Lead you will be responsible for leading digital activation across over 30 markets whilst driving excellence in performance media. It offers the chance to lead a high-profile performance remit for a major global advertiser with autonomy, visibility, and the ability to shape future digital excellence.
The Role
- Lead regional digital activation and ensure best-in-class delivery across social, programmatic and ecommerce
- Ensure that digital strategy and execution aligns with client business priorities
- Manage multi-market performance programmes, driving efficiency, innovation, and results
- Manage a large-scale specialist team
- Own the regional performance media P&L
- Lead senior client stakeholder engagement across media, creative and analytics
Your Profile
- A breadth of digital media experience, with deep expertise in performance channels (search, social, programmatic, display, ecommerce)
- A strong track record of delivering multi-market performance campaigns and transformation projects
- Comfortable engaging both strategic client leaders and technical specialists
- Proven team leadership experience, including developing and scaling specialist talent
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills
