+ Monitor and report on key KPIs (key performance indicators) including AOV(Average Order Value), CVR (Conversion Rate), CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) and LTV(Lifetime Value), using insights to fuel intelligent growth.
+ Collaborate on customer journey development, feeding into global CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation) activities that drive performance gains across all sales and marketing channels.
+ Stay ahead of regional regulations, tax, and logistics nuances to ensure operational excellence globally.

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills / knowledge / experience:
+ Experience within a high-growth, DTC (Direct to Consumer) environment, ideally within wellness, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands.

+ Fluency in using digital tools to drive insight.
+ Commercial sharpness paired with brand empathy. The ability to balance performance with integrity.
+ A love of fast-paced environments, but with a calm, clear, and thoughtful approach.
+ Bonus: experience working with subscription models and increasing customer LTV.
