THE ROLE

This is a brand-new role which will be focussed initially on growth in our three key markets in the US, Germany and Spain.

To support our international expansion, we’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive International E-commerce Executive to work with our International E-commerce Manager, ensuring our Shopify experiences across the US, Germany, and Spain (and other territories as we expand) are intuitive, inspiring, and commercially effective.

You’ll be a key player in bringing our brand to life across these websites, supporting everything from site content and campaign execution to product launches and data analysis. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills in global DTC (Direct to Consumer) e-commerce while contributing to a purpose-led, high-growth brand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the International E-commerce Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

+ Support the day-to-day management of our international Shopify stores – updating content, banners, landing pages, and product listings.

+ Assist with localisation for our key markets (including US, Germany, Spain), ensuring accurate translations, region-specific offers, and a culturally aligned customer experience.

+ Coordinate digital assets and briefs across teams (design, marketing, customer experience) to support product launches and trade campaigns.

+ Help implement and QA changes to the site – ensuring all updates are accurate, on-brand, and mobile-optimised.

+ Analyse site performance and campaign data using tools like Shopify Analytics and GA4 (Google Analytics 4), and report back on key metrics (traffic, conversion rate, average order value, etc.).

+ Monitor competitor activity in international markets and share insights with the broader team.

+ Ensure our international websites always reflect our tone, values, and attention to detail.

WHO YOU ARE

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills / knowledge / experience:

+ Relevant experience in an e-commerce, digital marketing, or Shopify-focused role (DTC brand or agency side).

+ Hands-on familiarity with Shopify and content management systems.

+ A genuine interest in international markets, localisation, and consumer behaviour.

+ Strong attention to detail — you spot inconsistencies others miss.

+ A love of working in a fast-moving environment where initiative and curiosity are values.

+ Data-literate and comfortable navigating digital tools and dashboards (GA4, Shopify Analytics, etc.).

+ Passion for wellness, sustainability, and purpose-led brands.
