About the Company: Join one of the fastest-growing consumer brands in the UK, a certified B Corp that is redefining their category through product innovation, sustainability, and unforgettable customer experience. This brand has built a passionate community, achieved record-breaking growth in the past year, and recently ranked in the top tier of the UK’s most rapidly scaling businesses.

The Opportunity: We’re looking for a hands-on creative leader to elevate the output, consistency, and craft of an existing 4-person offshore video editing team while producing standout content yourself. You’ll be the on-the-ground creative anchor, helping the business level up its performance assets, improve workflows, and drive quality across every edit that goes out the door.

In this role you will:

  • Provide day-to-day leadership to a small offshore editing team, raising standards and driving consistency.
  • Partner closely with the Senior Creative Strategist and collaborate across growth, creative, and brand teams.
  • Offer actionable feedback, run workshops, set quality benchmarks, and mentor less experienced editors.
  • Manage the amends process with clarity and efficiency — cutting down on back-and-forth while maintaining quality.
  • Produce high-impact content yourself, including direct response paid ads, iterations and variations for video testing, YouTube content, branded hero assets, and wider campaign creative.
  • Act as the central connector between internal teams and the offshore editors, ensuring transparency, speed, and creative alignment.

About You: You’re a social-first creative editor who lives and breathes short-form content, understands what converts, and cares as much about performance as aesthetics.

You’ll thrive here if you:

  • Understand social deeply — you know what works on TikTok, Meta, Instagram, and how to hook viewers in seconds.
  • Edit with intent — you know how to build for CTR, thumb-stop, and conversion without sacrificing storytelling.
  • Balance quality and speed — you can produce multiple strong edits in a day without over-polishing.
  • Have a sharp creative eye — you instantly spot what’s off in an edit and can articulate fixes clearly.
  • Lead with empathy — you enjoy mentoring others, sharing techniques, and coaching editors to level up.
  • Adapt easily — you’re comfortable switching from performance ads to more polished brand or YouTube work.
  • Love experimenting — you’re excited to test new formats, trends, and AI tools to push what’s possible.

Salary & Location: £40,000–£50,000 DOE. Hybrid — 3 days per week in London. Please apply with your CV and portfolio.
