London (Hybrid – 2 days a week in office)

Our client is an independent performance agency with an enviable mix of ecommerce and lead-gen clients across automotive, FMCG, and tech. Based in Somerset House, they’re known for marrying technical rigour with a down-to-earth, collaborative culture.

They’re now hiring a Digital Marketing Analyst to join their growing data team. The role is hands-on and client-facing - ideal for someone who enjoys turning data into commercial insight, and who thrives in a fast-moving, independent agency environment.

The Opportunity

Responsibilities

  • Build dashboards using Looker Studio and support GA4 configuration
  • Use SQL and BigQuery to analyse performance and uncover actionable insights
  • Own tracking implementation (e.g. GTM event tagging and conversion set-up)
  • Advise on digital attribution, optimisation, and channel performance
  • Respond to ad hoc client questions around analytics, measurement, and reporting

Your Profile

  • 2–3 years’ experience in a marketing analytics or digital data role
  • Strong SQL and Google Analytics skills, with good grasp of GTM and Looker Studio
  • Able to explain technical insights in clear, practical terms
  • Comfortable working across multiple clients and industries
  • Enthusiastic about growing your skills in a friendly, independent environment
