Digital Director – leading independent agency specialising in the entertainment sector

Salary £55-58k + bonus and great benefits

Location – London (hybrid working)

A Digital Director opportunity has arisen at one of the UK’s leading and most exciting independent agencies, which specialise in the entertainment sector!

As an agency, they are a full-service agency which allows for a very unique opportunity to get broader exposure in terms of communications as they work across creative, production, and media.

They have a lovely culture in place and are looking for someone who ideally has either had a combination of hands-on platform and planning experience, or who has had experience of being in platform earlier on in their career but is now more focused on planning.

Your profile:

  • At least 6 years’ experience agency or media owner side within a digital role
  • Experience across two of the three following platforms – Display, Paid Social, Paid Search
  • Has experience of managing the workflow of a digital team
  • Ideally people management experience
  • Ideally an interest in the live entertainment sector

Key responsibilities:

  • Contribute at the senior level to the digital strategy across a selection of the agency’s key clients
  • Be the go-to person from a digital perspective for your patch of clients
  • Develop and lead on best-in-class digital campaigns
  • Outline and ensure best practice across the digital team
  • Stay up to date with trends and developments within the industry
  • Help more junior members of the team to develop and progress
