With a rapidly expanding product range spanning bedding, curtains, furnishings, rugs and furniture, the business continues to invest heavily in customer retention, lifecycle marketing and CRM performance. As part of their continued growth, they are now looking to hire a CRM Executive to help drive customer engagement, retention and lifetime value across their ecommerce customer base.
The Opportunity
- Take ownership of CRM campaign execution across a fast-growing ecommerce business

- Work closely with Ecommerce, Trading, Creative and Marketing teams to influence commercial performance
- Lead the delivery of email, SMS and customer lifecycle campaigns

Responsibilities
- Plan, build and execute email and SMS marketing campaigns across the customer lifecycle
- Develop customer segmentation strategies to improve engagement, retention and revenue performance
- Support automated customer journey development including welcome, browse abandonment, basket abandonment and post-purchase campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and conversion
- Work closely with Ecommerce, Trading and Creative teams to align CRM activity with commercial priorities
- Support promotional campaigns, product launches and key trading periods
- Develop reporting and insight around customer behaviour, retention and lifecycle performance
- Identify opportunities to improve personalisation and customer experience across CRM channels
- Support testing programmes across subject lines, creative, messaging and customer journeys
- Stay up to date with CRM, customer retention and lifecycle marketing best practice
Your Profile
- Experience within CRM, Email Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing or Retention Marketing roles
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and CRM best practices
- Experience building and executing email and SMS campaigns
- Commercially minded with experience working towards retention, revenue and customer value objectives
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn customer insight into actionable recommendations
- Experience with segmentation, automation and personalisation strategies
- Comfortable operating within fast-paced, high-growth ecommerce or retail environments
- Proactive, organised and highly detail-oriented
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Bloomreach, Dotdigital or similar would be advantageous
