An exciting Senior Manager / Account Director (Comms planning) opportunity has arisen at one of the most exciting, creative and awarded independent media agencies in the UK, which have built an incredible reputation for innovation and a people-first approach. As a Senior Account Manager / Account Director, you will act as a key contact for some of the agency's most important clients. You’ll be responsible for developing media strategies, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring seamless execution of campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact and ensuring a high level of service.
- Develop best-in-class media strategies and help produce award winning work which gets results for clients.
- Provide clear, insightful recommendations.
- Stay up to date with media trends, maintaining relationships with key media owners and industry partners.
- Contribute to new business pitches, cross-agency initiatives, and proactive planning opportunities.
- Mentor and support junior team members to help them grow and develop.
- Proven experience in media planning, ideally within an agency environment.
- Strong client servicing skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- A data-driven approach, with experience using planning tools such as TGI and YouGov.
