The Opportunity

  • Take ownership of a high-growth TikTok Shop channel and directly influence a key revenue stream.
  • Shape and scale affiliate, creator and live commerce activity in a fast-evolving social commerce environment.
  • Join a high-performing eCommerce team where test-and-learn, speed and creativity drive commercial impact.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day TikTok Shop operations including listings, optimisation, promotions and campaign execution.
  • Recruit, onboard and manage affiliate creators to drive consistent GMV growth.
  • Work closely with live shopping agencies to plan, coordinate and optimise live selling events.
  • Track and report performance against core KPIs including GMV, CVR, AOV and traffic contribution.
  • Ensure platform compliance while identifying new features, trends and growth opportunities.

Your Profile

  • Experience in TikTok Shop, social commerce or marketplace management within eCommerce.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing and platform-driven sales growth.
  • Highly analytical, organised and confident working with multiple stakeholders and agencies.
