Our client is a fast-growing advertising technology business that helps leading brands and agencies deliver high-performance digital campaigns through data, automation and programmatic media. With continued investment in video, CTV and emerging technologies, they’re looking for an experienced operations professional to play a key role in driving campaign excellence and team development.

The Opportunity

  • Lead the day-to-day delivery of high-profile programmatic campaigns across multiple digital channels.
  • Manage and mentor a junior team member while remaining hands-on with campaign execution and optimisation.
  • Work across Display, CTV, Online Video and Paid Social using industry-leading DSPs and platforms.
  • Help shape operational best practice and improve campaign performance through data-driven insights.
  • Join a collaborative business investing heavily in video, retail and other fast-growing advertising sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end campaign setup, optimisation and performance across leading DSPs and social platforms.
  • Monitor pacing, delivery and KPIs, ensuring campaigns consistently achieve commercial objectives.
  • Troubleshoot platform, tracking and delivery issues while working closely with technology and analytics teams.
  • Build performance reports and dashboards, identifying optimisation opportunities and actionable insights.
  • Manage platform relationships and keep internal teams informed of new features and industry developments.
  • Support client meetings by providing technical expertise and campaign performance updates.

Your Profile

  • 3–5 years' experience in programmatic advertising, media operations or AdTech.
  • Strong hands-on experience with DSPs such as DV360, Amazon DSP, Yahoo or Beeswax.
  • Experience across Display, CTV, Online Video and Paid Social campaigns.
  • Comfortable managing campaign delivery while mentoring junior colleagues.
  • Analytical, organised and proactive, with excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience within an agency or AdTech environment; exposure to gambling or CTV campaigns would be advantageous.
