Channel Sales Manager EMEA | London (Hybrid) | competitive base + commission
I’m partnering with a fast-scaling adtech business operating at the cutting edge of programmatic targeting. They’re known in the market for building exceptionally strong agency and platform relationships, and for evolving beyond traditional contextual approaches into AI-driven, intent-based solutions that genuinely stand out. Off the back of continued international growth, they’re expanding their Channel Partners team and are now hiring a Channel Sales Manager to take ownership of revenue growth across SSP, DSP, and curator partnerships — with a strong focus on German-speaking and wider European markets.
This is a high-impact, ownership-driven role in a lean, entrepreneurial team where what you do will be seen, felt, and rewarded.
Why this role stands out- You’ll join a specialist global team responsible for driving revenue through platform and data partnerships.
- You’ll have real ownership of markets and partners — not just accounts to service, but ecosystems to build.
- You’ll leverage existing global relationships while opening new doors across Europe.
- You’ll represent a product that’s evolved beyond basic contextual into intent-led, AI-powered targeting.
- You’ll have space to grow with the team as they expand internationally.
This is a role for someone who enjoys creating momentum through partnerships and wants autonomy, visibility, and progression.
The RoleYou’ll be responsible for ensuring this business is front-of-mind with SSPs, DSPs, and curators when agency and client briefs arise. In practice, that means:
- Building and deepening senior relationships across SSP and platform partners.
- Ensuring their data and targeting solutions are the go-to recommendation for relevant briefs.
- Owning the full commercial lifecycle — prospecting, pitching, activation, and revenue growth.
- Expanding adoption of data segments through strategic partnerships.
- Supporting revenue growth across German-speaking and wider European markets.
- Acting as the commercial bridge between partners, sales teams, and product.
- Tracking performance, forecasting revenue, and shaping market strategy.
Success in this role comes from being chosen by partners — because of trust, relevance, and the strength of the relationship.
Who they’re looking for- 1–4 years’ experience in sales, partnerships, or commercial roles within programmatic or adtech.
- Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem and how SSPs, DSPs, and data partners operate.
- Business-level German is a major advantage.
- Full sales-cycle capability — from opening conversations to closing and expanding.
- Bonus points for existing SSP or European market relationships.
- A proactive, relationship-led seller who enjoys opening doors and creating opportunities.
- Comfortable operating in a small, international team with high autonomy.
They’re open on seniority — what matters is commercial credibility, ecosystem understanding, and the drive to build.
Package & structure- Commission plan currently being enhanced to be even more attractive.
- London-based with hybrid working.
- European market focus with potential travel.
