The Opportunity

Join a high-growth team shaping the creative strategy for a category-leading wellness and longevity brand. Translate real-time performance data into compelling creative campaigns across social, SEM, and lead generation. Work hands-on with content, UGC creators, and internal teams to test, iterate, and scale ideas rapidly. Be part of building a creative system and playbook from scratch, with direct access to the founder and scientific team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop campaign narratives and messaging frameworks across multiple audience segments and price tiers.
  • Write hooks, scripts, and ad copy across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube formats.
  • Brief and manage freelance creatives and UGC talent for performance-led campaigns.
  • Analyse creative performance metrics and optimise campaigns based on insights.

Your Profile

  • Proven experience in creative strategy for paid social or performance marketing.
  • Strong copywriting and concept development skills across short- and long-form formats.
  • Comfortable using data to inform creative decisions and prioritise testing.
  • Experience managing creators and freelancers, with a portfolio demonstrating scalable campaigns.
