A leading digital advertising agency, which is at the forefront of innovation and industry-leading tech, is looking for an Account Executive to join their client services team. They work with some of the world's largest and most recognisable brands to deliver data-driven digital advertising campaigns across multiple formats and channels. The team helps clients improve campaign effectiveness and scale personalised creative across digital platforms.
The business operates within a global network while maintaining the culture of a smaller, fast-paced team environment.
The Role
The Account Executive will support the delivery of digital advertising campaigns from briefing through to reporting. The role involves working closely with internal specialists across strategy, creative, development, and analytics to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with client objectives. This is a client-facing role requiring regular interaction with clients, media agencies, and creative partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with internal teams across strategy, creative, development, and analytics to deliver best-in-class campaigns
- Work with key clients and stakeholders to coordinate campaign progress and ensure that campaign outputs align with agreed KPIs
- Day-to-day communication with clients to deliver a seamless end-to-end campaign process from briefing through to launch and optimisation
- Help to manage timelines, expectations, and deliverables across stakeholders
- Monitor performance and flag any issues impacting delivery
- Provide clear briefs to ensure efficient delivery of campaign work
- Maintain strong attention to detail across all client deliverables
Requirements
- 6–18 months experience in digital media, advertising, ad operations, or account management
- Understanding of digital advertising campaign delivery
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confident communication with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Exposure to creative, media, and technology specialists across the digital advertising ecosystem
