Our Client is a high-growth performance marketing agency specialising in full-funnel growth for D2C and eCommerce brands. They combine data, platform innovation, creative and CRO to help ambitious brands scale with confidence.

The Opportunity

  • Lead paid search strategy across high-spend D2C accounts
  • Shape best practice across Search, Shopping, PMAX, YouTube and Demand Gen
  • Move clients beyond platform-reported ROAS into true incrementality
  • Influence the agency’s paid search product at senior level

Responsibilities

  • Design advanced account structures, feed strategies and testing frameworks
  • Lead measurement projects including geo-tests, lift studies and MTA analysis
  • Manage budget pacing across Google and Microsoft networks
  • Mentor the wider team through workshops, frameworks and documentation
  • Partner with Account Directors on strategic client roadmaps

Your Profile

  • 5+ years’ hands-on paid search experience in D2C or eCommerce
  • Experience managing 7 to 8 figure annual media budgets
  • Strong technical knowledge across Google Scripts, feeds, GTM, GA4 and tracking
  • Confident using YouTube as a performance channel
  • Commercial mindset with strong client-facing communication skills
