A rare chance to own performance marketing in a profitable, fast-growing, fully remote travel-tech company. This is one of the few true 100% remote performance marketing roles currently available — offering real ownership, high budgets, international scope, and the opportunity to work directly with senior decision-makers in a business that moves fast, tests fast, and scales fast.

The Company

A well-established, profitable travel-tech business operating globally. The company has experienced strong, consistent year-on-year growth and serves millions of users annually. It’s an agile, mission-driven organisation with a fully remote team across multiple countries.

The Role

Reporting to the Performance Marketing Lead, you’ll take on a central role in building and scaling paid search and paid social activity as the business continues its rapid expansion. This is only the second in-house performance role, as the company transitions away from agency-led management — meaning you’ll have significant influence, freedom, and ownership.

What you’ll be doing
  • Owning and optimising large-scale paid search campaigns.
  • Developing strategies to drive revenue growth, ROI improvements, and international expansion.
  • Working with a substantial annual budget of £2.5M+ (with scope to scale further).
  • Automating, systemising, and improving processes to unlock greater efficiency.
  • Partnering closely with senior leadership — including the MD, Founder, SEO Lead, and Data Scientist — to shape performance strategy.
  • Operating in a fast-test, fast-implement culture where good ideas get shipped quickly.
What They’re Looking For
  • A commercially minded, data-driven PPC specialist with approx 3–5+ years managing high-value, high-volume paid search activity.
  • Experience running £5M+ annual spend across global paid search.
  • Strong analytical skills and an understanding of attribution and e-commerce performance drivers.
  • SA360 experience is essential, ideally with template or inventory management exposure.
  • Bonus: hands-on experience in Meta, TikTok, or other paid social environments.
  • Above all: someone who loves experimenting, optimising, learning, and getting things done.
Why This Role Is Special
  • True 100% fully remote — work from anywhere, including abroad.
  • Minimal red tape — ideas can move from concept to launch in days, not months.
  • “Effectively unlimited” budget as long as ROAS is met.
  • Huge scope for experimentation across platforms (Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Quora, etc.).
  • International growth — the company is expanding significantly across Europe and beyond, offering exposure to new markets and scaling opportunities.
  • Strategic influence — this isn’t just activation; you’ll shape how the performance function evolves.
  • Rapid scaling environment — campaigns routinely scale from tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands in-season.
  • Profitable, growing business with plans to expand the team and build additional accounts.
  • Purpose-driven mission supporting rural communities and positive industry change.
  • Clear progression opportunities as the performance team grows in the coming year.
