£40,000-£50,000 + 30% OTE (Uncapped)
Hybrid Working – 2 days per week in the office
We're partnering with a fast-growing marketing services business that's scaling its UK sales team following strong performance and increasing demand from global brands. This is a great opportunity to join a high-energy team focused on delivering market-leading lead generation and demand generation solutions.

The Opportunity
As Sales Executive, you'll take ownership of the full sales cycle from prospecting and outreach to pitching and closing new clients. You'll target enterprise brands across both B2B and B2C sectors, building relationships that deliver measurable marketing outcomes.
You'll collaborate closely with leadership, client services, and delivery teams to shape and deliver tailored solutions, leveraging the business's advanced marketing processes and systems to ensure exceptional lead quality and campaign performance.

What You'll Do
- Identify and close new business opportunities across enterprise B2B and B2C brands
- Prospect via phone, email, LinkedIn, and at industry events
- Build and manage a pipeline from scratch, following up on inbound leads
- Lead discovery calls, present tailored proposals, and negotiate contracts
- Represent the business at networking and client events
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasting
What We're Looking For
- Experience in B2B sales within demand generation, lead generation, content syndication, or performance marketing
- Understanding of multi-channel marketing strategies and performance metrics
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting, cold calling, and building new pipelines
- Confident engaging senior marketing stakeholders
