Salary – up to £45,000 DOE + bonus and excellent benefits

An exciting AV / Offline Manager role has arisen at one of the UK’s leading, and fastest growing, independent media agencies.
This agency has consistently ranked as one of the ‘best places to work’ in the industry and has established an incredible reputation for nurturing talent (they provide one of the highest-ranking training and development programmes out there) and delivering award-winning campaigns.
The AV Manager role has arisen due to growth and you will be the go-to person for a selection of the agency’s most important clients. Key for this role is strong DRTV experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and delivery of multi-channel media campaigns, with a strong focus on TV and AV
- Build and maintain trusted client relationships, acting as the day-to-day contact
- Collaborate across digital, data, and reporting teams to ensure integrated thinking
- Present campaign plans and performance updates with clarity and insight
- Manage / mentor more junior members of the team
- Use planning tools (e.g. Touchpoints, Techedge)
Your profile:
- Proven experience in media account management, ideally within an agency
- Hands-on expertise in AV planning (TV is a must)
- Strong DRTV experience is crucial for this role
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Confidence with planning tools and data-led insights
- A proactive, collaborative approach with a sharp eye for detail
