The Role
They are looking for an experienced AV Director to lead planning and buying across all areas of AV, including linear TV, BVOD, CTV, radio and sponsorship. As AV Director, you will oversee key clients, delivering strategic leadership, best-in-class planning and strong commercial outcomes. You will manage a talented team while acting as the senior client lead across your portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead AV planning and buying across TV, BVOD, CTV, radio and sponsorship activity
- Act as the senior lead across key client accounts
- Build strong client relationships and drive account growth
- Deliver strategic planning recommendations and innovative media solutions
- Manage, mentor and develop team members
- Present campaign strategy, insights and performance analysis to clients
- Support new business pitches and agency growth initiatives
Your profile:
- Strong AV planning and buying experience
- Knowledge of industry systems such as DDS, Techedge and C Flight
- Strong understanding of the AV and audio landscape
- Experience using data and insights to optimise planning and buying decisions
- Confident presenting strategic recommendations to clients
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience managing and developing teams
- Ability to work collaboratively with external agency partners
