ASO Consultant – Beauty App
Location: UK Based - Remote
Model: Part-Time Contract (5 days per month for 12-18 months)
Start: Mid-December,
Day rate: £380 p/d Outside IR35
We’re looking for an experienced ASO Consultant to lead the app store optimisation strategy for a major beauty retailer’s app. The role focuses on driving organic growth through strategic planning, implementation, and performance analysis across both Apple and Google app stores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and lead the ASO strategy, prioritising high-impact tactics to increase organic downloads
- Collaborate closely with internal Creative and ASA teams on both Apple and Google platforms
- Work directly with the client, attending bi-weekly calls and delivering clear, actionable monthly reporting
- Optimise titles, descriptions, and keywords (image and creative asset work is out of scope)
- Implement and test ASO tactics aligned with strategic goals
- Monitor and analyse performance using AppTweak
Requirements:
- Proven experience in ASO, with strong working knowledge of Apple and Google back-end platforms
- Excellent communication skills and experience in client-facing roles
- Ability to plan strategically and execute efficiently
- Comfortable working as a long-term partner on an ongoing account
