Ad Operations Specialist £60,000 – £80,000 Hybrid working in their London office 3 days per week Our client is a global sports media business that is looking to hire an Ad Operations Specialist for their London team. This is a new growth opportunity as the business goes from strength to strength. They’re looking for an experienced Ad Ops professional, and ideally someone familiar with GAM (Google Ad Manager). If you have plenty of video experience across VPAID AND VAST, that would be a big plus! More than anything they want someone with in-depth experience of the open marketplace. Responsibilities Expert use of Google Ad Manager (GAM) Lead the execution and delivery of programmatic open exchange and video ad campaigns Oversee ad trafficking, targeting, troubleshooting, and reporting Optimize campaigns to drive performance, efficiency, and revenue Lead the integration of SSPs and DSPs with key partners Collaborate with commercial leadership, product, tech, and analytics teams to implement innovative ad solutions You Experience in ad operations, focusing on programmatic and video. Publisher side experience would be preferred Strong knowledge of GAM, DSPs, SSPs, and ad servers Proven success in optimizing revenue in open exchange environments Passion for sports and digital media Strong analytical and communication skills How do I apply?
