We’re working with one of the UK’s leading media and entertainment groups to find a talented Acquisition Marketing Manager for a 12-month FTC. This is your chance to join a major player in the broadcast, digital, and out-of-home advertising space, supporting two key app products at the heart of their digital strategy.
This organisation operates across national radio, podcasting, live streaming, and outdoor advertising, reaching millions of people across the UK each week. With cutting-edge tech built in-house, a growing digital footprint, and exciting innovation in audio and AI, this is an environment where you’ll have real scope to make your mark.
The Role
You’ll take full ownership of user acquisition for two of the business’s flagship apps. Working closely with the wider brand, product, and analytics teams, you’ll be responsible for planning and executing performance marketing strategies across Paid Social, Paid Search, Apple Search Ads, Google UAC and more.
As the subject matter expert for acquisition marketing, you’ll be entrusted with driving downloads, registrations and engagement. You’ll analyse performance, deliver optimisations, and collaborate with ASO and ASA agency partners to ensure the apps stand out in a competitive space.
You’ll also get exposure to innovation initiatives across the business, including opportunities to work with emerging technologies such as AI in the media and entertainment space. This is a standalone role with full ownership, reporting into the Director of Marketing Operations & Planning. You’ll be supported by a collaborative cross-functional team but will be expected to lead confidently and independently on acquisition activity.
You
We’re looking for someone confident, commercially-minded, and technically strong in app acquisition. You’ll need experience in:
- Building and optimising campaigns across Paid Social, Paid Search, Apple Search Ads and Google UAC
- Hands-on use of mobile measurement platforms such as AppsFlyer
- Working with ASO agencies to improve visibility and conversion
- End-to-end campaign management from planning through to execution and analysis
- Translating complex data into actionable marketing strategies
- Managing agency relationships and cross-functional internal stakeholders
- Around 3 years’ hands-on experience in app-focused roles
The business operates a hybrid model, with around three days a week in their London office. This role is to cover maternity leave, and while the incumbent is expected to return, this is an excellent opportunity to build a highly valuable case study within a nationally recognised business.
If you want to drive meaningful growth for leading digital products and build a standout achievement on your CV, we’d love to hear from you.
