The Opportunity
- Build and shape a creative function, with genuine autonomy from day one.
- Share ideas and results with the CEO and CFO in weekly performance reviews.

Responsibilities
- Run a creative pipeline led by data, with AI tools helping you move faster.
- Turn customer insight and results into briefs, test iterations and fresh concepts.
- Report on creative performance and recommend next steps to senior leaders.
- Manage the agencies, freelancers and tools that support production.
Your Profile
- Background leading creative strategy at a growing consumer brand, ideally with a paid social focus
- Hands-on experience of scaling creative across substantial and continuous Meta spend
- Comfortable with performance data, with a sharp eye for what makes an ad work
- Confident presenting to senior stakeholders
- You must have a Paid Social focus in your work.
- And a hands on attitude with a desire to keep learning!
