As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an ambitious sales professional to help drive new business opportunities across both existing and emerging markets.
Role Overview
Your focus will be to proactively generate new sales opportunities through lead generation, networking, outreach and relationship building. You will identify key decision-makers, secure qualified meetings, develop strategic client relationships and close new business opportunities while supporting quote conversion within the existing client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition across multiple sectors
- Conduct lead generation activities including cold calling, emailing, networking and trade events
- Develop and manage your own sales pipeline and prospecting efforts
- Maintain accurate reporting and opportunity management via Pipedrive CRM
- Review existing client data to increase quote conversion and revenue opportunities
- Represent PIVOT365 at trade shows and networking events
- Ensure smooth onboarding and transition of new clients into operational delivery
- Collaborate closely with operational colleagues and estimators
- Provide weekly sales performance and pipeline updates to senior management
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience winning and managing high-value accounts
- Strong commercial awareness and new business mentality
- Experience within service-based industries (preferred)
- Signage industry experience (preferred but not essential)
- Experience using Pipedrive CRM (preferred)
- Knowledge of Big Change / Job Watch systems (preferred)
- Hands‑on, proactive and results-driven approach
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
- Desire to improve efficiencies and contribute to growth
What We Offer
- Competitive base salary starting from £30,000 OTE of £50,000 with rewarding commission structure
