We are a high-growth, mid-market investment banking boutique with serious momentum, a healthy deal pipeline, and a hunger to scale. We’re looking for an exceptional Vice President to join our expanding team.

  • Playing a critical role in origination efforts β€” building client relationships, pitching, and bringing ideas to the table
  • Driving diligence, financial modelling, presentations, negotiation, the whole nine yards

6–10 years of investment banking experience, ideally with solid mid-market M&A exposure.

A sharp commercial brain and a track record of getting deals done.
