Sector Focus: Mid-Market M&A (Multiple sectors – diversified deal flow)

About Us: We’re a high-growth, mid-market investment banking boutique with serious momentum, a healthy deal pipeline, and a hunger to scale. Our culture? Entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and genuinely collaborative. You’ll find less hierarchy and more impact.

The Opportunity: We’re looking for an exceptional Vice President to join our expanding team. Someone who doesn’t just want a seat at the table, they want to shape it, sell it, and close the deal around it. This is your chance to be part of a firm where your voice is heard, your deals are seen, and your career trajectory is steep.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading day-to-day execution of live M&A deals from start to finish (yes, we’re busy – in the best way)
  • Managing and mentoring analysts and associates (and still rolling your sleeves up when it counts)
  • Playing a critical role in origination efforts — building client relationships, pitching, and bringing ideas to the table
  • Driving diligence, financial modelling, presentations, negotiation, the whole nine yards
  • Working closely with senior partners who value initiative, insight

What You’ll Bring:

  • 6–10 years of investment banking experience, ideally with solid mid-market M&A exposure
  • A sharp commercial brain and a track record of getting deals done
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage up, down, and sideways
  • Hunger. Drive. Ambition. You want to grow and help grow the firm
  • A cool head under pressure and a knack for turning complexity into clarity

What You’ll Get:

  • Real responsibility from day one
  • Exposure to a dynamic range of sectors and clients
  • A chance to be part of a growing success story
  • Competitive comp + bonus (we reward performance, not politics)
  • A culture that values brains, character, and momentum over ego

Ready to make your mark in a boutique where your ambition isn’t just welcomed – it’s required? Apply now or reach out confidentially to learn more. This is more than a step up — it’s a leap forward.
