The Role

As a Vice President, you will be a key player in origination and execution, working closely with Managing Directors and clients. Your responsibilities will include:

✔ Leading M&A deal execution, including financial analysis, due diligence, and negotiations

✔ Managing junior teams, ensuring high-quality analysis and client materials

✔ Building and maintaining strong client relationships with mid-market industrials businesses, PE firms, and institutional investors

✔ Supporting business development efforts, including market analysis, pitch preparation, and deal sourcing

What We're Looking For

✔ 5-8 years of investment banking experience, ideally in M&A within the industrials sector

✔ Strong financial modeling, valuation, and deal execution skills

✔ A commercial mindset, with the ability to spot and develop new opportunities
