The Opportunity:

We are a dynamic and growing boutique M&A advisory firm in London, specializing in mid-market transactions across diverse sectors. With a strong deal pipeline and a reputation for delivering exceptional results, we are expanding our team and seeking a high-caliber Analyst to support our execution efforts.

What You’ll Do:

1. Conduct financial analysis and valuation (DCF, comps, precedent transactions).
2. Support due diligence and transaction execution.
3. Prepare client presentations, pitch books, and investment memos.
4. Assist in deal structuring and negotiation processes.
5. Work closely with senior leadership and gain direct client exposure.

Who You Are:

1. 1–3 years of experience in M&A or Transaction Services (Big 4 or equivalent) .
2. Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
4. Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
5. A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a keen eye for detail.
