You’ll use your experience and expertise as a Senior Operations Manager based in Knaresborough to drive efficiency, enhance visitor experiences, and lead our dedicated, friendly team.

The role is broad and exciting in nature where you will:

✔ Oversee daily operations across hospitality, events, retail and leisure activities

✔ Lead and develop a high-performing team

Ideally, we are looking for someone who has experience in the following:

· Based in a commutable distance to Knaresborough

· 5+ years experience in Catering and Hospitality

· 2+ years Operations Management experience

· Track record of motivating and developing a team

· Happy to work some weekends and bank holidays
