The Opportunity:
This is not your average MD role. Key Responsibilities:
- Originate and execute mid- to large-cap transactions across the tech, media, and telecom (TMT) landscape
- Cultivate and grow C-suite and investor relationships across Europe and internationally
- Lead deal teams and mentor up-and-coming talent in a fast-paced, high-integrity environment
- Partner with global colleagues to drive cross-border deal activity and sector insights
- Contribute to firm strategy and growth, with a voice at the leadership table
You Bring:
- 10+ yearsβ experience in investment banking or advisory, with strong credentials in TMT or adjacent sectors
- Proven track record of originating and closing M&A and/or private capital transactions
- An entrepreneurial mindset and an appetite for building long-term client relationships
- A collaborative, hands-on leadership style with commercial acumen and strategic vision
- Strong execution skills, excellent communication, and a calm head in complex negotiations
