As Vice President, you’ll play a pivotal role in executing mid-market sell-side transactions across various sectors. You’ll be involved in every stage of the deal cycle, managing due diligence, and overseeing the production of key client materials such as confidential information memorandums and management presentations. Beyond this, you’ll supervise junior team members and foster relationships with both existing and prospective clients to drive business growth.
