The Role
As a Director, you will be a key player in origination and execution, working closely with Managing Directors and clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading M&A deal execution, including financial analysis, due diligence, and negotiations
- Managing junior teams, ensuring high-quality analysis and client materials
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships with mid-market industrials businesses, PE firms, and institutional investors
- Supporting business development efforts, including market analysis, pitch preparation, and deal sourcing
