The Role
As a Director, you will be a key player in origination and execution , working closely with Managing Directors and clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading M&A deal execution , including financial analysis, due diligence, and negotiations
- Managing junior teams , ensuring high-quality analysis and client materials
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships with mid-market industrials businesses, PE firms, and institutional investors
- Supporting business development efforts , including market analysis, pitch preparation, and deal sourcing

Investment banking experience, ideally in M&A within the industrials sector.
Strong financial modeling, valuation, and deal execution skills.
