About the Role:
As an M&A Associate in our Industrials team, you will play a key role in executing transactions, conducting financial analysis, and advising clients on strategic growth opportunities. From mid-market to large-scale cross-border deals, you will be at the forefront of transformational transactions across manufacturing, automotive, chemicals, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial modeling, valuations, and due diligence for M&A transactions.
- Prepare and present investment memorandums and pitchbooks to clients and stakeholders.
- Support deal execution, including negotiations, structuring, and closing.
- Conduct industry research and market analysis to identify strategic opportunities.
- Collaborate with senior bankers, clients, and cross-functional teams to drive deal success.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3-5 years of experience in M&A, Investment Banking or Corporate Finance.
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
- Industry experience in industrials, manufacturing, or engineering sectors is a plus.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation abilities.
