A leading independent corporate finance boutique is looking to bolster its high-performing team with an experienced Associate Director. Based in Milton Keynes, the firm is known for its hands-on, partner-led approach to mid-market M&A transactions across a wide range of sectors.

The Role:

As Associate Director, you'll play a central role in originating and delivering transactions. From day one, you'll work closely with Partners and clients, owner-managed businesses, private equity, and dynamic growth companies.

  • Lead transactions from pitch to close
  • Prepare high-quality marketing materials, valuations, and financial models
  • Drive project management and coordinate due diligence workstreams
  • Support business development, including client meetings and networking
  • Mentor and develop junior team members (we're big on talent growth)
You’ll Need:
  • 5–8+ years’ experience in corporate finance/M&A (practice, boutique, or investment banking)
  • ACA/ACCA or CFA qualification (or equivalent)
  • Strong deal sheet with experience leading transactions
  • Commercial acumen and a passion for delivering great outcomes for clients
  • The ability to build rapport and credibility quickly—with clients, investors, and colleagues
