A leading independent corporate finance boutique is looking to bolster its high-performing team with an experienced Associate Director. Based in Milton Keynes, the firm is known for its hands-on, partner-led approach to mid-market M&A transactions across a wide range of sectors.

The Role:As Associate Director, you'll play a central role in originating and delivering transactions. From day one, you'll work closely with Partners and clients, owner-managed businesses, private equity, and dynamic growth companies.
- Lead transactions from pitch to close
- Prepare high-quality marketing materials, valuations, and financial models
- Drive project management and coordinate due diligence workstreams
- Support business development, including client meetings and networking
- Mentor and develop junior team members (we're big on talent growth)
- 5–8+ years’ experience in corporate finance/M&A (practice, boutique, or investment banking)
- ACA/ACCA or CFA qualification (or equivalent)
- Strong deal sheet with experience leading transactions
- Commercial acumen and a passion for delivering great outcomes for clients
- The ability to build rapport and credibility quickly—with clients, investors, and colleagues
