We have a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Solicitor to join our client’s Lexcel-accredited firm based in Manchester. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to run their own commercial department. The ideal candidate will be NQ+ and have experience in Commercial law for at least 3 years.
Responsibilities
- Managing a range of matters which may include contested lease renewals
- Contesting rent reviews
- Dilapidations claims
- Forfeiture and other possession claims
- Land law disputes, including adverse possession, easements, restrictive covenants, nuisance, trespass and boundary disputes
- SME contractual disputes
Qualifications
- Qualified solicitor with NQ+ standing
- Experience in Commercial law for at least 3 years
- Ability to adopt a commercial perspective to legal issues and deal confidently and professionally with clients
