We are currently looking to recruit a Pre Litigation Fee Earner for our client in Bolton.

Responsibilities

  • Minimum 1 year+ experience within Personal Injury (RTA + Credit hire).
  • Experience dealing with the MOJ portal stage 1, 2 and 3.
  • Previously dealt with 100-150 cases.
  • Dealing with out of portal liability disputed and liability admitted cases.
  • Issued Part 7 and Part 8 proceedings.
