Qualifications
- Experience in agricultural machinery operation, maintenance, and safe handling practices
- Some skills in livestock care, including feeding, handling, and monitoring animal welfare
- Knowledge of arable farming activities, such as planting, cultivation, and harvesting
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- A valid UK driving license (tractor license is an asset)
- Previous farming or agricultural experience is preferred but not essential
- Commitment to following safety and environmental regulations
