You will be required to answer incoming enquiries across a wide range of topics from our clients in the French market. You will need to identify clients’ needs, clarify the situation, provide a full resolution and re-educate the client to address the root cause of the enquiry. There will also be an element of Collections activity required when speaking with clients. We have created a hybrid environment which allows us to discuss outstanding invoices on an incoming enquiry and provide full resolution or obtain a payment date as the final step. You will be set productivity, telephony, customer satisfaction and quality KPIs to help us drive customer excellence. Fluent French written and verbal communication is essential.

Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer support role.
- Additionally, collections experience would be useful.
- Excellent French communication skills both written and verbal.
- Previous experience using CRM system.
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
- As the role is fully remote, the individual must be able to work collaboratively in a remote team environment using tools such as Team Video calling.
- Able to work independently, with minimal supervision.
