About the Role

Pitman Training Glasgow is looking for an enthusiastic, positive and customer-focused Sales/Course Advisor to join our team on a full-time maternity cover contract.

This is a sales-focused role where you will help prospective students choose the right training programme to achieve their career goals.

You will be the first point of contact for enquiries, providing exceptional customer service while confidently guiding customers through the enrolment process.

We're looking for someone with a naturally friendly personality, excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for helping people.

Sales experience is desirable, but attitude, energy and a willingness to learn are equally important.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to telephone, email and online enquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Meet with prospective students to understand their career aspirations and recommend suitable training programmes.
  • Convert enquiries into enrolments while achieving monthly sales targets.
  • Build rapport and develop long‑term relationships with prospective and current students.
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience from initial enquiry through to enrolment.
  • Follow up leads consistently using the CRM system.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity.
  • Promote Pitman Training courses, funding options and flexible learning opportunities.
  • Support marketing campaigns and open events.
  • Work closely with the Centre Manager to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide excellent after‑sales support to ensure student satisfaction.
