We are looking for a skilled and motivated Technical Sales Engineer who will play a key role in supporting our sales and management teams to deliver on our development strategy.

You will act as our technical sales presence in the region, generating new business, nurturing existing client relationships, and ensuring projects run smoothly from enquiry to completion. Your day-to-day work will include:

  • Developing new and existing business opportunities across installation, service, and maintenance agreements
  • Building strong customer relationships, advising on system design, and selecting the right equipment for their needs
  • Managing the full project lifecycle from initial enquiry to final handover
  • Coordinating with engineers, sub-contractors, and colleagues to ensure efficient, high-quality delivery
  • Monitoring quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction at every stage

What We Are Looking For:

  • Knowledge and experience of Refrigeration
