As one of our Engineers, you’ll travel across Suffolk and Norfolk (and occasionally further afield), installing, servicing and maintaining air conditioning and refrigeration systems for a wide range of clients — from local independents to national names. No two days are the same. One day you might be diagnosing a fault with office AC, the next, you’re maintaining a high-tech refrigeration system for a big-name retailer.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Installing, servicing, and maintaining a wide range of AC and refrigeration systems
  • Being part of our on-call rota to provide 24/7 breakdown cover
  • Supporting and mentoring junior engineers and trainees
  • Using Joblogic to complete service reports and paperwork
  • Providing top-tier service that reflects our commitment to quality
  • Feeding back to management to help us keep improving

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in the AC & refrigeration industry
  • City & Guilds (or equivalent) in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
  • City & Guilds 2079 Refrigerant Handling Certificate
  • Solid Health & Safety knowledge
  • A full, clean UK driving licence
  • A flexible attitude and great communication skills
  • A ‘can-do’ mindset and a passion for doing the job right
