What you'll be doing * Coordinating maintenance schedules and engineer activities. * Managing maintenance contract renewals and customer communications. * Supporting service delivery and operational planning. * Identifying opportunities to expand services with existing and new customers. * Working closely with service, projects, sales and engineering teams to ensure the highest standards of customer support.
