About The Role
As one of our Engineers, you’ll travel across Suffolk and Norfolk (and occasionally further afield), installing, servicing and maintaining air conditioning and refrigeration systems for a wide range of clients — from local independents to national names. No two days are the same. One day you might be diagnosing a fault with office AC, the next, you’re maintaining a high‑tech refrigeration system for a big‑name retailer.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Installing, servicing, and maintaining a wide range of AC and refrigeration systems
- Being part of our on‑call rota to provide 24/7 breakdown cover
- Supporting and mentoring junior engineers and trainees
- Using Joblogic to complete service reports and paperwork
- Providing top‑tier service that reflects our commitment to quality
- Feeding back to management to help us keep improving
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the AC & refrigeration industry
- City & Guilds (or equivalent) in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
- City & Guilds 2079 Refrigerant Handling Certificate
- Solid Health & Safety knowledge
- A full, clean UK driving licence
- A flexible attitude and great communication skills
- A ‘can‑do’ mindset and a passion for doing the job right
