Info about what the Senior Product Manager role entails
As a Senior Product Manager, you will help drive the business toward its strategic goals, including financial, sales, and manufacturing targets. Your role will be instrumental in developing and maintaining global market strategies for product ranges, with a strong emphasis on product innovation, market trends, and customer needs. The Senior role will also include the management of 5 Product Managers.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Developing and proposing the product roadmap by identifying future trends and opportunities.
- Defining strategic objectives, vision, and market ambitions for assigned products.
- Overseeing end-to-end product ownership throughout the entire NPD process and product lifecycle, including NPD documentation, go-to-market strategies, pricing, Alpha and Beta testing, and product obsolescence.
- Collaborating closely with all relevant business functions.
- Management of 5 Product Management Members.
Requirements of the Senior Product Manager
- 5 years + of experience working with a Product Manager/or similar role
- Experience working with a manufacturing environment
- Strong Communication and Presentation skills
- Leadership/Management Experience is highly desirable.
