Info About What The Head Of Quality Role Entails

The role of Head of Quality will be part of the operational leadership team and will have a significant amount of hands-on day to day issue resolution and management with the key challenge will be to rescope the approach to safety and quality driving improvement in performance. Other responsibilities include:

• Developing the team including skills and succession planning
• Monitoring compliance to quality standards, managing nonconformities to resolution
• Participate in strategy development to grow the business
• Having a big say in implementing processes and standards

Requirements Of The Head Of Quality Role

• Engineering Background
• Experience working in a highly regulated environment
• Experienced in team leadership and development
